CPU Receives Award for Excellence in Community Extension at the 5th CHED Regional Quality Awards
1 / 3The CPU CESL Center has been honored with the Award for Excellence in Community Extension during the 5th CHED Regional Quality Awards at the West Visayas State University Cultural Center. The award was received by University President Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension Dr. Aries Roda D. Romallosa, and CESL Center Director Prof. Sarex Dalida Dipol, Jr. This remarkable achievement was made possible through the dedicated efforts and initiatives of CESL Coordinators, CPU faculty and staff, students, and our external partners. Central Philippine University (CPU) also received several prestigious recognitions during the 5th CHED Regional Quality Awards, including the Award for Excellence in Research, Award for Excellence in Peace Education Implementation, Award for Excellence in Gender and Development Implementation, and the Award for Excellence in National Service Training Program (NSTP). In addition, CPU was recognized among the Top Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) on Internationalisation Programs and Initiatives, further demonstrating the University's commitment to academic excellence, research, community development, global engagement, and holistic education.
