The Center is committed to conducting cutting-edge research and developing innovative strategies to enhance the quality of native chicken breeds and improve their overall productivity. Established in 2016 under College of Agriculture, Resources, and Environmental Sciences (CARES), and funded through DA, DA-BAR, DA-PRDP, DOST, CHED, CPU, and Private Investors, it has emerged as a trusted entity in the Philippine poultry sector.
