The Western Visayas Consortium for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (WVCIEERD) proudly welcomes and congratulates its newly elected and confirmed officers: The organization is led by Dr. Gabriel M. Salistre, Jr., SUC President III of Iloilo Science and Technology University, as Chairperson, with Engr. Rowen R. Gelonga, CESO II and Regional Director of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Western Visayas, serving as Co-Chairperson. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, University President of Central Philippine University, serves as Vice-Chairperson, while Ms. Keithlyn Sarah B. Bernardino, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Operations of DOST Western Visayas, serves as Executive Director. Completing the leadership team is Dr. Felipe P. Vista IV, University Director for Research and Development Services of Northern Iloilo State University, who serves as Deputy Executive Director. As WVCIEERD continues to strengthen research, development, and innovation in the fields of industry, energy, and emerging technologies, we look forward to the leadership, vision, and expertise that our new officers will bring to the Consortium.
